New
Flue Gas HCl analyser
Model GNC-25.

In
municipal waste incinerator plants it is
vitally important to monitor the concentration
of trace hydrogen chloride in flue gas for
environmental protection. The hydrogen
chloride gas is produced by burning garbage
containing PVC or other plastics. Of growing
concern is DIOXINS emissions. DIOXINS are a
chlorinated hydrocarbon compounds and are
known carcinogens. This analyser can measure
trace level hydrogen chloride in flue gas,
using a chloride ion selective electrode to
detect chloride ion concentration of an
absorption reagent into which sample gas is
introduced at a constant flow rate.
The following is a brief list of the features
of this analyser:-
-
Large
size LCD display provides easy interactive
operation.
-
Long
term stable measurement using DKK
manufactured electrode system together
with pH buffer solution as the absorption
reagent.
-
Moisture
present in sample is automatically
compensated for.
-
Measurement
ranges from 0-10ppm up to 0-100ppm.
-
Microprocessor
based controller provides automatic
calibration and self-diagnostic functions.
